How to calculate SNACKS price

SNACKS tokens are issued according to a linear bonding curve.

It means every SNACKS price will be seperate and different based on current Total Supply. SNACKS price is calculated by below formula.

Price = Total Supply x Multiplier

Here, multiplier is 0.000001(1/1000000). So for every million tokens in existence, SNACKS will be 1 SCADS more expensive.

The same works in reverse. If SNACKS supply is decreased by 1 million tokens, the price will also decrease by 1 SCADS .

Initial price will be 0.000001 per SNACKS and price goes up with every minting of the token. At 1,000,000 minted SNACKS the price will be 1 SCADS per SNACKS – but as they are reclaimed / burned – the price goes down proportionately as well.

Remember, SNACKS is not a typical asset that has its price set by a Liquidity Pool. It can only be minted with SCADS.

How to trade SNACKS

SNACKS Buy - Minting SNACKS instead of lock SCADS

Users can buy SNACKS with SCADS in Scads.

SNACKS bond token is minted instead of same worth SCADS locked in SNACKS contract.

In other words, SNACKS is the other type of locked SCADS so users need to lock same worth SCADS get SNACKS. It is similar with exchange.

SNACKS BuyBack - Redeem SNACKS to release SCADS

Users can buyback SNACKS to get SCADS in Scads.

SNACKS BuyBack is the reverse of SNACK Buy to release SCADS locked. It is the process to get SCADS from SNACKS

How to distribute Buy/BuyBack Fee

5% fee in SNACKS mint, 10% fee in SNACKS redeem applied in Scads

Buy/BuyBack will be provided as rewards to several parts of SCADS eco-system. Whenever buy or buyback SNACKS, mint or redeem fee will be generated and distribute it soon. Fee is shared as following:

For example:

When user buy 5,000 SNACKS

If 5,000 SNACKS are minted there is a 5% tax. User will get 4,750 SNACKS sent to their wallet.

75 SNACKS to LP Pool (SCADS -BUSD)

37.5 SNACKS to single SNACKS staking pool

37.5 SNACKS are distributed equally to all holders of SNACKS (based on amount held)

12.5 SNACKS to single SCADS staking pool

12.5 SNACKS are sent to seniorage wallet

When user buyback 5,000 SNACKS

If 5,000 SNACKS are claimed there is a 10% tax. User will only receive the converted SCADS on 4,500 SNACKS.

The rest 500 SNACKS are distributed as follows:

150 SNACKS to PULSE

150 SNACKS to LP Pool (SCADS -BUSD)

75 SNACKS to single SNACKS staking pool

75 SNACKS are distributed equally to all holders of SNACKS (based on amount held)
